SHIPPING and DELIVERY

After your order is received, we start making it immediately. All orders are handmade and take 5 -7 working days to leave our studio in Austin, Texas. Once we have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by email that your order has been shipped.

All our packages are shipped via USPS first class mail. Delivery within the US takes 3-5 business days. International shipping takes 6-10 business days to arrive. If you would like faster shipping, please email us before purchasing.

International customers are responsible for their own tariffs and taxes. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to exchange or return the jewelry within 14 days of delivery. Shoot us an email within those 14 days for return or exchange authorization. Include an order number and reason for your return. Please note that return shipping cost will not be covered or compensated by Zeal Studio. We want you to love your jewelry and wear it, so please contact us if you are not satisfied!

All custom items and items marked final sale during the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
